A node (2A) is provided with: a communication module (10) which generates a clock signal of another node; a high-accuracy clock module (20); a first phase/frequency comparator module (30); a time estimation unit (500) which estimates time information of the nodes (2); a counter value correction unit (510) which corrects a counter value; a fractional PLL (60); a second phase/frequency comparator module (70); and a frequency division ratio correction unit (520) which corrects the frequency division ratio of the fractional PLL (60).
