Abstract:
The tire vulcanizer (1) is equipped with a mold (4), a fluid pressure cylinder (7), a first line (80A), a second line (80B), a flow rate sensor (110B), and a control device (120). The fluid pressure cylinder (7) pressurizes the mold (4). The first line (80A) supplies a working fluid to an upper fluid chamber (77) when the mold (4) is pressurized. The second line (80B) is connected to a lower fluid chamber (78). The flow rate sensor (110B) detects the flow rate of the working fluid flowing out from the lower fluid chamber (78). The control device (120) has an assessment unit (122). The assessment unit (122) assesses internal fluid leakage of the fluid pressure cylinder (7) on the basis of the detected value of the flow rate sensor (110B).
