The purpose of the present invention is to provide a tire that can have reduced rolling resistance while having excellent grip performance on icy/snowy road surfaces and wet road surfaces. In order to achieve this purpose, the present invention is a tire provided with a tread having a base rubber and a cap rubber positioned on the outside of the base rubber in the tire radial direction, the tire being characterized in that the base rubber has a storage modulus E' greater than 10 MPa, and the cap rubber includes a rubber component (A) including a modified conjugated diene polymer (A1), a reinforcing filler (B) including silica (B1) and carbon black (B2), and a low-temperature softener (C), the modified conjugated diene polymer (A1) having a weight-average molecular weight of 20×104 to 300×104 and containing 0.25% by mass to 30% by mass of a modified conjugated diene polymer having a molecular weight of 200×104 to 500×104 with respect to the total amount of the modified conjugated diene polymer (A1), and having a contraction factor (g') of less than 0.64, and the content of the silica (B1) being 65-155 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component (A).
