Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a tire capable of reducing rolling resistance while having exceptional grip performance on snowy roads and wet roads. In order to solve the above problem, the present invention is a tire equipped with a tread portion having a base rubber and a cap rubber positioned to the outside of the base rubber in the tire radial direction, wherein: the base rubber has a storage modulus E' of less than 6 MPa; the cap rubber includes a rubber component (A) including a modified conjugated diene polymer (A1), a reinforcing filler (B) including silica (B1) and carbon black (B2), and a low-temperature softener (C); the modified conjugated diene polymer (A1) has a weight-average molecular weight from 20 × 104 to 300 × 104, contains from 0.25% by mass to 30% by mass of a modified conjugated diene polymer having a molecular weight from 200 × 104 to 500 × 104 relative to the total amount of the modified conjugated diene polymer (A1), and has a shrink factor (g') of less than 0.64; and the silica (B1) content is 65-155 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component (A).
