Abstract:
Provided is a tire that exhibits excellent overall performance in terms of maneuvering stability on a wet road surface when worn out and maneuvering stability on an icy road surface when worn out. The present disclosure pertains to a tire having a tread part. The tread part has formed therein at least one main groove that continuously extends in the tire circumferential direction. The tread part is composed of a rubber that has a hardness at 60°C of at least 58 and a hardness at 0°C of being not more than 115% of the hardness at 60°C. When the sea ratio on the tread surface of a brand-new tire is denoted by S0 (%), and the sea ratio at a time when the tread has been worn until the depth of the main groove is reduced to 50% of that of the brand-new tire is denoted by S50 (%), S50/S0>1 is satisfied.
