Abstract:
The present invention discloses a titanium tube for an evaporator, the titanium tube body thereof having undergone a passivation treatment. The passivation treatment comprises the following steps: 1) adding 1-2 parts by weight of succinic acid ester, 0.5 parts by weight of zinc phosphate, 0.4 parts by weight of cerium nitrate, 0.7 parts by weight of potassium sulfite, and 1.3 parts by weight of tetramethylammonium bromide sequentially into 25 parts by weight of deionized water and stirring well; 2) further, adding 2.2 parts by weight of fluorozirconic acid, 1.6 parts by weight of γ-(methacryloyloxy)propyltrimethoxysilane, 0.7 parts by weight of methanol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, 2.3 parts by weight of triethanolamine oleate soap, and 4.6 parts by weight of sebacic acid sequentially and stirring continuously until thoroughly mixed to obtain a passivation treatment solution; 3) adding a titanium tube body into the passivation treatment solution for passivation treatment, wherein the treatment temperature is 50°C and the treatment time is 30 seconds, washing the titanium tube body with pure water upon removal and then drying the same.
