Abstract:
The invention relates to a tool holder mandrel for equipping a rotary machine, including: - a body (1) comprising a rear portion (3) to be attached to a driveshaft of the rotary machine and a front portion (2) in which forwardly converging recesses (14) are arranged; - clamping jaws (18), each of which is slidably mounted in one recess (14) of the body (1) and having an inner thread (24) – a ring (26) for moving the clamping jaws (18), pivotably mounted relative to the body (1), having a peripheral thread (31) engaging with the thread (24) of the clamping jaws (18) such that the rotation of the ring (26) causes the clamping jaws (18) to be brought together or to separate.
