Abstract:
The present invention provides a toothbrush with which a fit with a cleaning target is achieved without depending on brushing methods and techniques. A rigid section has a head section, a grip section, and a neck section. Assuming a position at a distal-end-side end section of the neck section to be A and a position at a rear-end-side end section of the neck section to be B, at position A, the length of the neck section in the thickness direction and the length thereof in the width direction are both 3.0 to 4.3 mm. The ratio of the length of the neck section at position A in the width direction to the length of the neck section at position B in the width direction is 0.30 to 0.60. The ratio of the length of the neck section at position A in the thickness direction to the length of the neck section at position B in the thickness direction is 0.30 to 0.60, and at least one of the curve of a brush body in the width direction measured by a method (α) and the curve of the brush body in the thickness direction measured by a method (β) has the origin of the curve in the grip section.
