Abstract:
This transmission is provided with a rotation shaft, a first disc, a second disc, a pre-loading spring, and a pressing device. The pressing device has: a cam plate that is disposed so as to face the back face of the first disc; a plurality of rollers that are interposed between the first disc and the cam plate; and a thrust bearing that is disposed on the back face side of the cam plate and supports the cam plate so as to be rotatable relative to the rotation shaft. The first disc has a cam face on a radially inward section of the back face thereof. The plurality of rollers are disposed more radially inward than the outer circumferential edge of the cam face. The pre-loading spring is disposed more radially inward than the outer circumferential edge of the cam face and between the cam plate and the thrust bearing.
