Abstract:

A connecting body (130) is disposed between an inner-side support (110) and an outer-side support (120), the connecting body (130) connecting the inner-side support (110) and the outer-side support (120). One end of a deformation body (140) is connected to the inner-side support (110) at a first position pertaining to a direction of rotation about a Z axis, and the other end of the deformation body (140) is connected to the outer-side support (120) at a second position different from the first position, the deformation body (140) being curved so as to radially deform when compression force or expansion force is applied between the first position and the second position. A detector (150) has a capacitive element configured from electrodes that are provided to the deformation body (140) and the outer-side support (120) so as to face each other, the detector (150) detecting elastic deformation produced in the deformation body (140) on the basis of the feature value of the capacitive element.
