A touch control circuit comprises a battery (200), a battery voltage detection module (910) configured to detect a voltage of the battery (200) and send a battery voltage signal, a touch module (500) configured to sense a touch operation and send a touch detection signal, a display module (600), and a control module (400) configured to control, after receiving the touch detection signal, the display module (600) to display, along a detection path, identification information for representing the detection path, calculate an electric quantity of the battery (200) according to the battery voltage signal, and further control the display module (600) to display electric quantity information of the battery. The touch control circuit makes operations more flexible, convenient, and diversified, and enhances man-machine interaction of the operations. A cigarette case circuit comprises the touch control circuit, and an overvoltage detection module (920), a current detection module (930), a battery protection module (300), and the like are further disposed in the cigarette case circuit. The cigarette case circuit provides protection measures against overvoltage, overcurrent, full charging, and the like in a cigarette case. Also disclosed is a control method for a touch electronic cigarette case.
