Disclosed are a touch-control panel capable of realizing touch-control scanning in a region thereof, a touch-control display apparatus comprising the touch-control panel and a method for driving the touch-control panel. The touch-control panel comprises an electrode array consisting of a plurality of touch-control driving electrodes (Tx) and a plurality of touch-control sensing electrodes (Rx), and is divided into n touch-control regions, where n is an integer greater than or equal to 2; each of the touch-control regions comprises at least one touch-control driving electrode (Tx) and at least one touch-control sensing electrode (Rx), and the plurality of touch-control driving electrodes (Tx) and the plurality of touch-control sensing electrodes (Rx) are arranged such that, during touch-control scanning, a touch-control scanning signal can be individually provided to the touch-control driving electrodes (Tx) in each of the touch-control regions, and a sensing signal caused by a touching action on the touch-control panel can be individually received from the touch-control sensing electrodes (Rx) in each of the touch-control regions, so as to determine a position on the touch-control panel of the touching action.
