Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of flexible material processing, and in particular to a traceless deviation correction and lamination apparatus and system for flexible materials, and a deviation correction and lamination method. The traceless deviation correction and lamination apparatus comprises a bearing portion, and further comprises an extraction portion bonded to a flexible material by means of piercing, a deviation correction portion for driving and controlling a deviation correction action, and a fastening portion bonded to the flexible material by means of pressing. In the deviation correction apparatus, a pressing-type fastening structure is used to fasten the flexible material during a deviation correction action and achieves the fastening function instead of an original piercing unit, thereby preventing the material from being damaged in the deviation correction process, and improving product quality.
