Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical fields of a shape memory alloy and additive manufacturing. Disclosed are a NiTiHf high-temperature shape memory alloy with a two-way memory effect, and a 4D printing method therefor and the use thereof. The 4D printing method comprises: the preparation of a powder from an alloy, model construction and substrate preheating, and forming by means of 4D printing. In the present invention patent, on the basis of the design concept of reducing a thermal gradient and the environmental protection concept of clean production, substrate preheating is combined with a laser powder bed fusion technique having a low laser power and a low scanning speed or an electron beam powder bed fusion technique having a low preheating temperature, such that the lattice compatibility of a formed alloy and a NiTi substrate is improved, the residual stress of a formed sample is reduced, a NiTiHf high-temperature shape memory alloy with no cracks and no obvious holes, a density of ≥99%, a high phase transition temperature, good tensile mechanical properties and a two-way memory effect is prepared, and the application of the NiTiHf high-temperature shape memory alloy in high-temperature fields is broadened.
