Abstract:
A tracking device and a localization system, the tracking device being used to indicate the spatial position of a mechanical arm of a surgical robot. The tracking device comprises a base (10), provided with two opposing end portions (101) and an outer peripheral surface (102) positioned in between the two end portions (101). One end portion (101) is used to connect to an operating end of the mechanical arm, and the other end portion (101) is sued to connect to a surgical instrument. The tracking device further comprises localization assemblies (20), connected to the base (10) and used to indicate the spatial position of the base (10). The localization assemblies (20) comprise at least three tracking components (21), the at least three tracking components (21) being arranged non-collinearly on the outer peripheral surface (102). A plurality of the localization assemblies (20) are provided, the plurality of the localization assemblies (20) being distributed along the circumferential direction of the base (10), and the normal angle between any two tracking components (21) among the tracking components (21) comprised in a same localization assembly (20) being less than 20°. The tracking device and the localization system are able to cause the tracking device to be more readily recognized by an optical position measuring instrument during rotation of the mechanical arm.
