Abstract:
A traction core and a traction device for endoscopic surgery. The traction core comprises a core body, which comprises a first body (11) and a second body (12), the second body (12) being located at the rear end of the first body (11), and the diameter of the second body (12) being greater than the diameter of the first body (11). The traction core has a thickness-variable structure. The thicker part is hard, which facilitates pushing and pulling. The thinner part is soft, which facilitates bending and ensures traction safety. A sliding part (18) is designed in the traction device to facilitate the pushing and pulling of the traction core during a surgery. The traction core is designed in the traction device and successively penetrates an outer tube (19) and a third handle (27). The traction core is conveniently inserted and pulled out, the structure is simple and the operations are convenient. The traction core, an inner tube (30) and the outer tube (19) are designed in the traction device to achieve multi-stage stretch and contraction, and the hardness of the outer tube (19) and bending of the front end of the traction core are easy to adjust during the surgery. The traction core and the traction device for endoscopic surgery have reasonable structures, may more safely and effectively achieve tissue traction so as to expose the surgical field, effectively assist the completion of endoscopic surgery, and may be widely applied to the field of endoscopic surgeries.
