Abstract:
A traditional Chinese medicine composition and a traditional Chinese medicine sachet helping to boost mood, and an application thereof. The active components of the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8-20 parts of rose flower, 8-15 parts of China rose, 8-20 parts of albizia flower, 8-15 parts of Buddha's hand flower, 5-12 parts of Magnolia officinalis, and 8-15 parts of Prunus mume. In the formula, rose flower can promote qi, relieve depression, harmonize the blood and eliminate stagnation, and albizia flower relieves depression and calms the nerves, the two components being the main components; China rose promotes blood circulation to regulate menstruation, Buddha's hand flower can relieve depression and harmonize the stomach, and Prunus mume soothes the liver and harmonizes the stomach, said three components being the secondary components; and the Magnolia officinalis regulates qi and reduces dampness, and is an adjuvant. The entire formula removes turbidity by means of aromatics, regulates qi, relieves depression, soothes the liver, harmonizes the stomach, and helps to boost mood, and is especially suitable for women who are in low spirits during menstruation, menopause, or after childbirth, and for those who are stressed and irritable. On the basis of the present formula, bitter citrus immature flower, frangipani, flower of hyacinth bean, and chrysanthemum is further comprised.
