The present application relates to a traffic prediction method and device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: according to geographic information data and crowd flow data of a geographic region to be predicted, performing traffic autonomous region division on the geographic region to obtain a plurality of sub-regions; for any sub-region, determining a crowd flow model of the sub-region according to geographic information data and crowd flow data of the sub-region, the crowd flow model being used for indicating a crowd multi-point motion mode in the sub-region; determining a crowd flow feature of the sub-region according to the crowd flow model; and predicting the data traffic of the sub-region according to the crowd flow feature of the sub-region to obtain a data traffic prediction result of the sub-region. According to the embodiment of the present application, the data traffic of a sub-region is predicted on the basis of a crowd flow model, so that not only a geographic region without historical traffic data can be predicted, but also the accuracy of data traffic prediction can be improved.
