Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a transaction mediation program, an information processing device, and a transaction mediation system for providing sale condition information for a sale of use rights for a facility. [Solution] A transaction mediation server 1 includes: an output means 105 for outputting, to terminals 2a, 2b, 2c, ..., prices for use rights for lodging facilities 300a, 300b, ..., the prices being calculated in accordance with the occupancy rates for the lodging facilities 300a, 300b, ... and a specified period; and a use rights setting means 102 for, upon receiving use rights purchase requests from users 20a, 20b, 20c, ... who have confirmed the prices output by the output means, setting use rights of the lodging facilities 300a, 300b, ... to the users 20a, 20b, 20c, ... .
