A transfer apparatus (10) for transferring a liquid crystal panel comprises a body (100), at least one sucker (200) and a vacuum generating device (300), wherein the body (100) is used for carrying the liquid crystal panel, the suckers (200) are disposed on the body (100) and used for sucking the liquid crystal panel, and the vacuum generating device (300)is disposed on the body (100), connected with the suckers (200) and used for generating negative-pressure gas when the suckers (200) contact with the transferred article, so that the suckers (200) tightly suck the liquid crystal panel. The transfer apparatus (10) is provided with the suckers (200) and the vacuum generating device (300) connected with the suckers (200), so that the negative-pressure gas can be provided by the vacuum generating device (300) after the suckers (200) contact with the liquid crystal panel, and the suckers (200) tightly suck the liquid crystal panel. Accordingly, the liquid crystal panel can be stably transferred by the transfer apparatus (10), and damage rate of the liquid crystal panel is reduced.
