A transformer (1) comprising: a bobbin (10) that is mounted on a core that forms a magnetic circuit; a collar (13) that is at least partially hollow on the inside and divides the bobbin (10) into a first region and a second region in the axial direction; a collar holding part (13b) that holds the collar (13) on the bobbin (10); a primary winding (21) that is wound around the first region of the bobbin (10); and a secondary winding (22) that is wound around the second region of the bobbin (10).
