Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of radio-frequency integrated circuits, and particularly relates to a transformer-type distributed multi-core oscillator and an integrated circuit thereof, and a terminal. The transformer-type distributed multi-core oscillator comprises: four MOS transistor units M1, M2, M3 and M4; two symmetrically arranged transformer units T1 and T2; two groups of coarse-tuning capacitor arrays CG1 and CG2, which have the same structure and are symmetrically arranged; two groups of fine-tuning capacitor arrays CD1 and CD2, which have the same structure and are symmetrically arranged; and two groups of tail inductance units Ltail1 and Ltail2. M1 and M2 constitute a first cross coupling pair, and M3 and M4 constitute a second cross coupling pair; and two cross coupling pairs are located at the center of the circuit. A source electrode and a drain electrode of a MOS transistor are respectively connected to a grounding end and a power supply end, and drain electrodes of two MOS transistors in the first cross coupling pair and/or the second cross coupling pair are respectively led out to serve as signal output ports. In the present invention, the problems of relatively high thermal phase noise and relatively high low-frequency flicker phase noise in the existing distributed multi-core oscillators are synchronously solved.
