Abstract:
In the present invention, a reset signal is generated only by a TIA circuit. One embodiment of the present invention is a transimpedance amplifier that converts a current signal into a voltage signal and that is characterized by being provided with: a transimpedance stage including an amplification stage that comprises a common emitter transistor; and a comparator that compares a reference voltage and the collector voltage of the transistor and outputs a reset signal.
