Title:
TRANSMISSION APPARATUS, RECEPTION APPARATUS, RECEPTION SYSTEM AND RECEPTION PROGRAM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/151103
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The objective of the invention is to transmit more amount of information in a data transmission of mud pulse or the like using liquid. A transmission apparatus (100), which is a transmission apparatus for generating pressure waves (420) used to transmit data to mud water (410), comprises: a cylindrical member (110); a plurality of valves (120) that are arranged inside the cylindrical member (110) in the axial direction of the cylindrical member and that each consist of a stator (121), in which an aperture is formed so as to pass the mud water (410) through the aperture, and of a rotatable rotor (122) overlaid on the stator (121) and having a shield unit for shielding the aperture of the stator (121) in accordance with a rotational position; motors (130) that cause the respective rotors (122) to rotate; and a control unit (150) that controls the motors (130) such that the rotors (122) are caused to rotate and halt at mutually different frequencies in accordance with the data to be transmitted.
