Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to achieve a good balance between water repellency/oil repellency and hardness. A transparent coating film according to the present invention is characterized by: containing a polysiloxane skeleton and a first hydrocarbon chain-containing group that is bonded to some silicon atoms among the silicon atoms constituting the polysiloxane skeleton; and having a thickness of from 6 nm to 50 nm (inclusive).
