Abstract:
A transparent display panel and an electronic device. The transparent display panel comprises: a first transparent substrate (10), a second transparent substrate (30) arranged opposite the first transparent substrate (10), a liquid crystal layer (20) arranged between the first transparent substrate (10) and the second transparent substrate (30), and a backlight module (40) arranged on a side face of the liquid crystal layer (20), wherein the liquid crystal layer (20) is a polymer dispersed liquid crystal layer; and the backlight module (40) comprises a side light source, and the side light source comprises a plurality of color backlight units (41, 42, 43).
