Abstract:
Provided is a transparent liquid composition that contains substantially no ethyl alcohol, contains water as a main solvent, and has a high perfuming rate. This transparent liquid composition is characterized by comprising (a) 3-20 mass% of a fragrance component, (b) 30-60 M of hydrogenated castor oil to which a polyoxyethylene is added, (c) an alkanol obtained by addition polymerization of 20-30 M of a polyoxypropylene and 20-30 M of a polyoxyethylene, (d) one or more surfactants having an inorganic value/organic value of 0.70-1.20, and (e) 40 mass% or more of an aqueous component excluding ethyl alcohol, wherein the mix amount ratio (d/(b + c)) of the component (d) with respect to the sum of the mixed amounts of the components (b) and (c) is 0.03-0.60, and substantially no ethyl alcohol is contained.
