Abstract:
The present invention suppresses a circumstance in which the inductance of windings in a transport device differs depending on location. A transport device for transporting a to-be-transported sample having a magnetic substance, the transport device comprising: a plurality of teeth 20a, 20b, and 20c composed of a magnetic substance; a plurality of windings 30 wound around each of the teeth 20a, 20b, and 20c; a lattice-shaped yoke 40 for supporting the teeth 20a, 20b, and 20c, the yoke 40 being made of a magnetic substance that is magnetically connected to the teeth 20a, 20b, and 20c; and an additional yoke 45 made of a magnetic substance that is magnetically connected to the outer end section of the yoke 40.
