Abstract:
A transverse plunger-type variable-height valve bridge assembly. Provided between a rocking arm (1) and a valve (2), a rocking arm shaft (1.1) is provided at the middle part of the rocking arm (1), a rocking arm roller (3) is provided at one end of the rocking arm (1), an adjusting bolt (4) is provided at the other end of the rocking arm (1), the rocking arm roller (3) is abutted against a cam (5). The assembly also comprises a valve bridge (6), a piston (7) is sleeved on the valve bridge (6), the piston (7) is abutted against the adjusting bolt (4), a valve groove (6.1) is provided on the valve bridge (6), and one end of the valve (2) is provided in the valve groove (6.1). A vertical piston cylinder (6.2) and a transverse piston cylinder (6.3) are provided on the valve bridge (6). The piston (7) is provided in the vertical piston cylinder (6.2). A piston spring (7.1) is provided between the piston (7) and the vertical piston cylinder (6.2). A piston rod (7.2) is also provided at one end of the piston (7). The piston spring (7.1) is sleeved on the piston rod (7.2). A piston through hole (6.4) is provided at the bottom of the vertical piston cylinder (6.2). The valve bridge assembly is structurally simple, easy to assemble, and reliable.
