Abstract:
Provided are a traveling control apparatus, a vehicle, and a traveling control method in which appropriateness of a user target destination can be taken into consideration. A traveling control apparatus (12) acquires vicinity environment information from a vicinity environment detection unit. In addition, the traveling control apparatus (12) determines whether or not a user target destination (Putar) is appropriate for stopping a vehicle, on the basis of the vicinity environment information regarding the user target destination (Putar). Further, in the case where it is determined that the user target destination (Putar) is not appropriate for stopping a vehicle, the traveling control apparatus (12) stops a vehicle (10) at a corrected target destination (Pcor) off track from the user target destination (Putar).
