Abstract:
A tray (40) is provided for mounting a cartridge (20). The cartridge (20) includes a disc storing part for storing a disc (21), a plate part provided with a window part for exposing a part of an information layer of the disc (21), a pair of side walls (22a, 22b), a front wall (29a) and a rear wall (29b) for connecting the pair of side walls (22a, 22b), a groove (23) formed on the side wall (22a), and a recessed part (24) recessed in a depth direction of the groove (23) and connected with the groove (23). The tray (40) is provided with a protruding part (43) which engages with the recessed part (24), and a protruding part (44) which is integrated with the protruding part (43) and protrudes to the side of a rear wall (29b), in a status where the cartridge (20) is mounted.
