Abstract:
Provided is a treatment tool exchanging device that switches and holds a plurality of treatment tools for treating a subject to be treated. The treatment tool exchanging device is provided with the following: a flexible insertion part into which the plurality of treatment tools are inserted and in which are formed a plurality of treatment tool channels for regulating the insertion paths of the treatment tools; a driving part for causing each of the plurality of treatment tools inserted into the treatment tool channel to move forward inside the treatment tool channel, and causing each of the plurality of treatment tools to be retracted inside the treatment tool channel; an operation unit for carrying out treatment by operating the plurality of treatment tools; and a control unit for controlling the amount of protrusion of a treatment tool, from among the plurality of treatment tools, that is protruding from the tip end of the treatment tool channel. The insertion part has a switching part for changing the insertion path of the treatment tool to be inserted.
