Title:
TRIAZINE-RING-CONTAINING POLYMER, RESIN COMPOSITION, CURED FILM, AND SOLID-STATE IMAGING ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/188475
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a triazine-ring-containing polymer having excellent long-term stability with respect to heat or temperature, whereby high heat resistance and high refractive index can be achieved by the polymer alone without the addition of a metal oxide; and a film forming composition including the triazine-ring-containing polymer. The present invention is a triazine-ring-containing polymer characterized by including a structure of repeating units represented by formula (1).
