Abstract:
Disclosed is a trolley bus, comprising a motive power section module (18) and multiple trailer section modules (19), wherein the motive power section module comprises a traction driving system (3) used for providing a traction force, a motive power driven axle (4) used for outputting motive power, and a non-powered axle (6); each of the trailer section modules comprises only a non-powered axle, and a tail end of the motive power section module is optionally connected to a different number of trailer section modules in sequence; and the motive power section module is connected to the first trailer section module via a first hinge system (7). The trolley bus uses a modularised combination method, and various methods of combination involving two modules or three modules in which a motive power section module is connected respectively to one or more trailer section modules can be chosen according to the actual traffic volume of a city, such that the busload can be flexibly selected from more than one hundred passengers to hundreds of passengers, solving the problem of large carrying capacity. Moreover, after using different methods of module combination, departure density can be adjusted according to the traffic volume, thereby reducing the quantity of vehicles purchased and further reducing the number of drivers and maintenance personnel for the company operation.
