Abstract:
The invention relates to a trolley for simulating vehicle impacting, includes a trolley, a front crossbeam for attaching the energy absorbing device at the front of the trolley, the said energy absorbing device comprises an energy absorber and a guiding support device. During an impacting, the sinker bar of the energy absorber is forced, the energy absorber part of the energy-absorbing pipe is pressed and expanded by the movement of the sinker bar. The energy of motion of the trolley is transformed into the energy for pressing the energy absorber part into a flat pipe or inflating the pipe and the energy for overcoming the frictional force. Thereby the user can get the graphic that reflects the real dynamic performance during the impacting accurately, and can select the structure and the disposing mode of the energy absorbing device according to the actual demand, so that the accuracy of the testing is increased. Addition to, this trolley has good absorbing performance, simple structure and low cost.
