Abstract:
Disclosed is a tube-inserted ultrasound flaw detection device that is cableless and can move smoothly in a tube only through the pressure of water flow. Further disclosed is an ultrasound flaw detection system. The tube-inserted ultrasound flaw detection device (10), which detects the presence or absence of abnormalities within a tube (38) while moving within the tube by means of the pressure of water flow, is provided with an ultrasound flaw detection means that includes: an ultrasound probe (11) that generates ultrasound waves towards the tube (38) wall and that receives the received echo signal that is reflected; a pulse generating/receiving unit (12) that transmits a pulse signal to the ultrasound probe (11) and receives the received echo signal; a recording unit (14) that stores the received echo signal; a control unit (15) that controls the transmission timing of the pulse signal of the pulse generating/receiving unit (12) and controls the writing of the received echo signal to the recording unit (14); and a power supply unit (19) that supplies power to each piece of equipment. The tube-inserted ultrasound flaw detection device (10) is further provided with flexible structural bodies (25) that connect to each other the plurality of parts into which the ultrasound flaw detection means has been split, and a centering jig (26) that holds the ultrasound probe roughly in the center of the tube.
