Abstract:
A tube joining device 1 having a feed mechanism 500. The feed mechanism has: a first pusher member 542 that is provided so as to be able to advance and retreat along a feed direction and feeds wafers WF to a first position PS2 set between a removal position PS1 where a wafer WF is removed from a cassette WC and a standby position PS3; and a second pusher member 543 that advances and retreats along the feed direction in conjunction with the first pusher member and feeds wafers from the first position to the standby position. The feed mechanism can switch the wafer feed action by the first pusher member to a wafer feed action by the second pusher member, in conjunction with the advance and retreat of the first pusher member and the second pusher member.
