Abstract:
According to the present invention, a base (1000) capable of preventing an electric shock of a tubular LED lamp comprises an elastic resistance pushing member (40) which is provided by penetrating a horizontal groove (15) formed on the front of a base cap (10). The elastic resistance pushing member (40) has inclined portions (446 [446']) at the end thereof, and contact members (60, 60') are provided to correspond to the elastic resistance pushing member (40). The contact members (60, 60') comprise contact portions (68, 68'), downward extending portions (63, 63'), upward extending portions (62, 62'), and straight extending portions (61, 61').
