Abstract:
This tungsten carbide powder comprises a powder containing tungsten carbide crystal grains as a main component. In addition, when analyzed by time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (TOF-SIMS) in a region from the outermost surface of the tungsten carbide crystal grains to 5 (nm) in the depth direction, the strength ratio (Cr/W) between the secondary ionic strength (Cr) of chromium and the secondary ionic strength (W) of tungsten is at least 1.0.
