Abstract:
A turn management system (1000) that manages turn waiting at a facility is provided with: a turn-waiting-list storage unit (110) that stores a turn-waiting list in which information about the turn-waiting situation of turn-waiting groups registered for turn waiting at the facility is saved; a caller-number determination unit (120) that receives a call from a phone of a user and that determines whether or not the phone number of the caller is registered in the turn-waiting list; a registration acceptance unit (120) that executes acceptance registration processing when the phone number of the caller is not registered in the turn-waiting list; a turn-waiting-situation notification unit (120) that conveys the current turn-waiting situation of the relevant user by means of speech when the phone number of the caller is registered in the turn-waiting list; and an invitation notification unit (120) that issues an inviting phone call to the phone of the user when the turn of the user arrives.
