Abstract:
This two-dimensional liquid chromatograph system comprises a first dimension analysis unit, second dimension analysis unit, second dimension liquid feeding device, fractional introduction unit, shift gradient program creation unit, liquid feeding control unit, and shift timing adjustment unit. The shift gradient program creation unit creates a shift gradient program for causing the second dimension liquid feeding device to carry out shift gradient liquid feeding. On the basis of a preliminary chromatogram acquired by a first dimension detector for a sample to be analyzed before a sequence of analysis operations, the shift timing adjustment unit adjusts the timing of the shifting to each stage in the shift gradient program created by the shift gradient program creation unit.
