Abstract:
The ubiquitous system (10) for continuously monitoring the pipe facilities comprises first detection units (20), second detection units (40), and a central control server (60) and detects an oil stealing state and an oil stealing position by collecting in real time micro signals related to the drilling and digging generated when the pipes are being damaged or the contents within the pipes are being stolen, raises the alarm when the damage of the pipes or the stealing of the oil is detected, and enables an appropriate manager to take immediate action.
