Abstract:
A conditional handover method for a V2X terminal, according to one disclosed embodiment, comprises the steps of: transmitting a cell measurement report to a serving cell; receiving conditional handover configuration information from the serving cell; determining whether to perform a handover on the basis of the conditional handover configuration information; and performing a random access to a target cell when the handover is determined to be performed.
