Abstract:
An ultra-supercritical tower-type solar heat absorber, comprises grid hot plate flow equalizing screens (1), pipe rows (2) and a graphite filling layer (3). The grid hot plate flow equalizing screens (1) are formed by assembling a plurality of grid hot plates, each grid hot plate comprises a heat absorption plate (1.1), metal fiber felt (1.2), a metal wire mesh (1.3), a liquid absorption core and a grid (1.4), the grid hot plate is filled with a phase change working medium and is pumped into a vacuum state. Sunlight is reflected and gathered to the grid hot plate flow equalizing screens (1), the phase change working medium absorbs heat and is evaporated on an evaporation surface of each grid hot plate, and is condensed on a condensation surface, and the condensed phase change working medium flows back to the metal fiber felt (1.2) and the metal wire mesh (1.3) through the grid to form a stable two-phase flow, so that efficient heat transfer is achieved, and the surface heat flux density is homogenized, thus the surface temperature difference of the grid hot plate flow equalizing screens (1) is greatly reduced, and thermal stress is reduced; heat is transferred, by the graphite filling layer (3), to the pipe rows (2) embedded into the graphite filling layer (3), and is taken away by a heat transfer medium in the pipe rows (2). According to the heat absorber structure, water can be heated to a supercritical state, thereby greatly improving operation parameters and power generation efficiency.
