Abstract:
An ultrafine powder of a food emulsifying agent, the use of the ultrafine powder of the food emulsifying agent in the preparation of a long-shelf-life food-grade tableware cleaning powder, and a preparation method therefor. In order to solve the problems of a tableware cleaning product prepared from an aqueous food emulsifying agent being prone to fermentation and deterioration and having a short storage period, a low-melting-point food emulsifying agent is prepared into a powder by means of the adsorption of food-grade powdery silicon dioxide, and a powdery food-grade tableware cleaning powder is further prepared therefrom.
