Abstract:
A valve device and a manufacturing method. The valve device comprises a valve seat component; the material of the valve seat component comprises a metal; the valve seat component is machined and formed by means of a drawing process; the valve seat component comprises a connecting part and a valve seat part; the connecting part and the valve seat part are of an integrated structure. By means of such configuration, compared with the manner in which the connecting part and the valve seat part are respectively cut, machined and formed by machining by using metal material blocks, machining consumables and machining energy consumption of the valve seat component can be reduced.
