Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of high-strength alloy fastener manufacturing, and provides ultrahigh-strength alloy steel, a 19.8-grade threaded fastener and a preparation method therefor. The ultrahigh-strength alloy steel provided by the present invention comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.35-0.60% of C, 0.20-0.45% of Si, 0.25-1.05% of Mn, less than 0.020% of P, less than 0.0010% of S, 3.51-4.50% of Cr, 2.00-3.00% of Mo, and 0.50-1.00% of V, with the balance being Fe. The results of embodiments show that the tensile strength of the threaded fastener is 1,900-2,070 MPa, the yield strength is 1,520-1,656 MPa, the plasticity is greater than or equal to 8%, the shearing force is greater than or equal to 110 KN, the fatigue life is 130,000 times (the load ratio is equal to 0.1), and the stress endurance can be kept for 96 h under 0.75 time of the tensile strength.
