Abstract:
Provided is an ultrasonic apparatus drive device that enables a sonic apparatus such as an ultrasonic motor to operate precisely at a high speed. An ultrasonic apparatus drive device 100 comprises: a state measurement unit 30 that measures a plurality of operating states including a driving state of an ultrasonic motor 10; and a monitoring control device 60 that includes a learning unit 163 which has performed deep reinforcement learning using the state measurement unit 30 and that generates a control signal by processing, in the learning unit 163, the operating state which has been measured by the state measurement unit 30, wherein the learning unit 163 has learned to determine an output state so that a given target state will be achieved.
