Abstract:
An ultrasonic fingerprint identification circuit and a driving method therefor, and a fingerprint identification apparatus. The ultrasonic fingerprint identification circuit comprises an emission electrode, a receiving electrode, a piezoelectric layer arranged therebetween, and a signal output unit, wherein the emission electrode is configured to receive an alternating current signal at an emission stage; and the receiving electrode is connected to the signal output unit. The circuit further comprises: a photosensitive unit, a positive electrode of which is connected to the receiving electrode, and a negative electrode of which is connected to a first fixed potential, such that the photosensitive unit is in a reverse bias state.
