Abstract:
An ultrasonic gas meter (100), comprising an upper housing (1), a lower housing (2), a rubber composite FPC (3), a stepper motor valve (8), a temperature and pressure sensor potting body (5), a gas flow path (9), a clamp (4), and a controller assembly (10). The upper housing (1) comprises a housing body (101) and a first circular pressing plate (102). The lower housing (2) comprises a bottom plate (201), a cylindrical plate (202), and a second circular pressing plate (203) which are connected in sequence. The lower housing (2) is installed at the bottom of the upper housing (1). The clamp (4) is clamped on the first circular pressing plate (102) and the second circular pressing plate (203). A lead notch (11) is formed on one side of the clamp (4). The controller assembly (10) is fixed to the exterior of the housing body (101). One end of the rubber composite FPC (3) is connected to the temperature and pressure sensor potting body (5), and the other end of the rubber composite FPC (3) passes between the first circular pressing plate (102) and the second circular pressing plate (203) and extends to the exterior through the lead notch (11) to connect to the controller assembly (10) .The ultrasonic gas meter (100) is convenient to install, simple in process, and reliable in sealing performance, and thus improves production efficiency and reduces production cost.
